Monument record TR 26 NE 239 - Seventeenth century building foundations and associated finds, Sarre
Summary
During a watching brief on work to lay a pipeline to improve the drainage of Sarre, foundations of local sandstone, flints and 17th century bricks were revealed. Aslo found at the time were a "Jetton" token and a Rose farthing of Charles I which dated the area to the 16th to 18th centuries.
