Full Description
A Second World War anti-tank ditch is indicated at Huntsman Lane by aerial photographs. The ditch is part of an interrupted circuit of ditches that enclosed Maidstone. This section of the ditch ran roughly north-south from the junction of Vinters Road and Huntsman Lane to Ashford Road.(1)
