Summary
An Iron Age cinerary urn and fragment of a polished flint axe thought to have been found near Powder Mill Lane in 1910. A previous exhibition in Tunbridge Wells Museum recorded the urn as having been found with a fossil sea urchin and a broken stone axe in it, and a cinerary urn was found c.1m away. The urn was said to have been made of a grey ware. The present whereabouts of these artefacts are uncertain.
