Building record TQ 75 NW 148 - North Barn, Aylesford Priory

Summary

This is a five-bay timber-framed structure beneath a thatched, half-hipped roof. The interior is divided by six tall queen-post trusses carrying purlins and straight collars. The style of construction suggests that the barn dates to the seventeenth or eighteenth century.
