Findspot record TR 34 NE 242 - Late Neolithic Flint Scatter, Ringwould, Kingsdown

Summary

An assemblage of Bronze Age flint flakes, mostly hard hammer-struck and some soft hammer-struck, end and side scrapers, piercers and a notched flake, found during watching brief on water main. The was a continous scatter of struck flints dating to the Neolithic and Bronze Age periods along the line of the water main. An assemblage of Neolithic flints was found in the same area (TR 34 NE 241).
