Full Description
Area used as a firing range during WW2. No trace of any structures associated with the range survive, although a large quantity of .303 cartridge cases were found during the pipeline watching brief. Probably associated with the coastal battery guns "Winne" (TR 34 SE 148), "Pooh" (TR 34 NE 238) and the experimental gun "Bruce" (TR 34 NE 240 (1)
