Full Description
Two contemporary parallel gullies aligned north-west by south-east which appear to form boundary ditches. They run parallel to the north-eastern boundary of Follyclose Wood, a fairly recent plantation, and therefore are likely to have formed part of a post-medieval field system. From the fill of the gullies an assemblage of worked prehistoric flints and four pieces of pottery ranging in date to between 1250 and 1550 were recovered. (1)
