Monument record TQ 67 SW 288 - Possible Bronze Age Surface, Ebbsfleet Valley
Summary
During evaluation work in 2001 an apparently man-made surface was found made up of large well-sorted flint cobbles covering an area of about 5m in diameter laid over wood peat. No datable finds were found, but the stratigraphic position (the depth) on top of the peat is similar to that of wattle structure found nearby.
