Monument record TQ 97 SE 51 - Late Bronze Age Cemetery, Eastchurch, Sheppey
Summary
Late Bronze Age cremation cemetery found to the north-east of a late Bronze Age settlement (TQ 97 SE 50). Over 29 burials were recovered extending over an area of about 10 m in diameter. Many had suffered from plough damage and more burials may possibly extent northwards beyond the excavation area.
