Findspot record TQ 75 NW 49 - Neolithic flint sickle and Mesolithic flint pick found at Allington, Maidstone
Summary
In 1910 Mr Norman Bunyard found a Mesolithic flint while digging at Bunyards Nursery, Allington. A Neolithic flint sickle was also found at the Nursery site at an unknown date. The site has since been developed as a housing estate.
The items are kept at Maidstone Museum.
