Full Description

The designated listed building description describes this as a timber-framed cottage with hipped tiled roof. The roof is of queen-strut construction with clasped side-purlins.There is additional evidence for the existence of a former smoke-bay in the roof-space where there are two sooted rafters at the posiition where the chimney has been inserted. 2. A timber-framed cottage, the ground floor rebuilt in painted brick, above plastered. Hipped tiled roof. 3 casements. Simple left side doorcase. Ground floor addition on the west side and shed added on the east.
