Full Description

Nineteenth century footings were found during a watching brief at former council buildings, and during insertion of services at Springfield. These were possible foundations of garden walls and of a possible bay window or other feature relating to the existing 19th century mansion. The depth of the masonry suggested the support of a sizeable structure. (1)
