2. C13. 2 storeys and attic timber-framed clad with mathematical tiles. 2 hipped dormers. Wooden bracket eaves cornice. Doorcase with Doric pilasters, pediment, semi-circular fanlight and 6 panel moulded door. Glazing bars missing.
All the listed buildings on the West Side of East Cross form a group.
