Summary

Grade II listed building. Late 15th century house comprising two ranges with stair tower at internal angle. The original house was a four bay timber framed hall house of which only the two hall bays survive.

STONE-CUM-EBONY LOWER ROAD 1. 5272 Luckbaret Farmhouse (formerly listed as Luckhurst) TQ 92 NW 13/411 16.8.62. II
2. Old front to an older building. Two storeys red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Four casement windows. Stringcourse. Doorcase in moulded architrave surround with pediment over and door of 6 fielded panels. Crown-post roof. Chimney with single hearth to hall and probably backing onto cross passage inserted in the late 16th century.The brick stair tower was added in the 17th century. Various alterations and additions of early and mid 19th century. Two storeys red brick, hipped tile roof
