The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BIDDENDEN HEADCORN ROAD 1. 5272 Nos 2 and 4 TQ 83 NE 4/49 16.8.62. II 2. C18. Two storeys. Ground floor red brick, above hung with fishscale tiles. Tiled roof with wooden eaves cornice. Four casement windows with small square leaded panes. Doorcases with flat hoods over.
