Findspot record TQ 75 SE 23 - Possible Roman building at East Farleigh

Summary

The foundations of a Roman building have been noted at Pimp's Court, also called Penn Court. Items held by the Kent Archaeological Society at Maidstone Museum are said to have been found near Pimp's Court. They include a cinerary urn, two samian saucers, one stamped DOVIICCVS [Doeccus] and a samian cup. The Duncanson family have held Pimp's Court since the early 20th century. See also TQ 75 SE 22
