Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 03 NE SMEETH CHURCH ROAD (east side) 4/111 Group of 4 chest tombs, 2 barrel tombs and head- stone about 5 metres south-west of Church of St. Mary GV II Group of 4 chest tombs, 2 barrel tombs and headstone. All mid to late C18. Three of the chest tombs are plain, with simple incised panels and plain corner piers, all with moulded marble slabs. The other, to Elizabeth Williamson, with reeded corner piers and fielded panels cut away corners. Pair of headstones, illegible, with barrel chests, one longer than the other. Headstone to Henry Dunk, about 2 feet high, with scrolled shoulders to double segmental cornice, supported on central pilster, with cherub's head and trophies.
