TR 03 SW RUCKINGE ASH HILL (west side) 6/94 Horton Green II House. Late C18. Red and blue chequered brick with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with dogtooth eaves cornice to roof with 2 hipped dormers and stacks to end left and to end right. Regular fenestration of 2 three light wooden casements on each floor, with segmental heads on ground floor. Central mid C20 hipped porch with boarded door with glazed upper section. Catslide outshot to rear.
