7/3 Vergers Lodge (formerly listed as The Verger's 13.10.52 Cottage)
GV II
House. Circa 1500, with C20 repairs. Timber-frame exposed with plaster infill on flint plinth; plain tile roof. 2 storeys with first-floor jetty, with one original moulded dragon post to right. Roof hip-end to road with gablet and stack to right. 1 framed bay with C20 wood and leaded casements either side of blocked opening. Ground floor has C20 close studding and two C20 wood casements with C20 plank door in restored 4 centre arched opening to left.
