1. 5272 HOTHFIELD THE STREET No 27 (Institute Cottage) TQ 94 NE 11/80 14.2.67 II 2. Probably a late mediaeval hall-house. Two storeys, ground floor red brick, above tile-hung, steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof with C17 chimney stack and smoke louvres. Two horizontally-sliding sash windows. Catslide roof to rear. (1)
