The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 KINGSNORTH CHURCH HILL Queen's Head Public House TR 03 NW 20/5 II 2. C18. Two storeys. Front elevation painted brick. Rear elevation red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Brick modillion eaves cornice. Three sashes with glazing bars intact, 2 of them double. One doorcase with flat hood and brackets. One later brick porch.
