The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROLVENDEN REGENT STREET 1. 5272 (south side) Nos 12 to 18 (even) (Alma Cottages) TQ 8431 18/259 II
2. Dated 1854 but this refers to alterations to an C18 core. Two storeys red brick. Half hipped tiled roof having 4 gabled dormers with finials and pendants. Six windows in all with glazing bars intact. Simple doorcase. Side elevations partly weatherboarded and partly tile hung.
