The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 GREAT CHART GODINTON PARK Oasthouse at Godinton TQ 94 SE 15/30D II 2. C19. An oasthouse converted in 1907 by Sir Reginald Blomfield into bothy and potting shed. Two storeys red brick with stone dressings. Two roundels with brick caps and fantails. Dormer windows. Leaded light casements.
