The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 GREAT CHART ASHFORD ROAD No 3 (Leacon Cottages) TQ 9942 26/28 II 2. C18 or earlier. Two storeys. Ground floor red brick, above tile-hung. Hipped tiled roof. Two casements. Porch with shaped Dutch gable bearing the cartouche of the Toke family of Godinton.
