The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 PLUCKLEY CHARING ROAD Jennings' Farm Cottages TQ 9346 27/15 II 2. C17 or earlier, refaced with stone rubble on the ground floor and with stucco above, the first floor of the westernmost window bay oversailing and now supported on brick pillars. Hipped tiled roof. Three casement windows. Modern addition of one window at the west end.
