The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 PLUCKLEY EGERTON ROAD Oasthouse to north of Munday Farmhouse TQ 9245 27/51A II 2. C19. Two storeys partly ragstone, partly red brick. Four Dering windows. One Kentish ragstone roundel with slate conical roof and brick modillion cornice. Fantail and cowl missing.
