The following text is from the original listed building designation:

2. C18 or earlier. 2 storeys. Ground floor painted brick. 1st floor plastered with painted half-timbering. Hipped tiled roof. Modillion eaves cornice. 3 sashes with verticals only. Stringcourse. Central doorcase with flat hood on scrolled console brackets. Door of 6 fielded panels, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed.
No 21 forms a group with Nos 3 to 8 (consec) Churchyard Passage. Nos 4 to 8 (consec) Churchyard Passage are of local interest.
