Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 03 SW RUCKINGE ASH HILL (west side) 6/95 Harrison House II House. Mid C18 exterior to possibly earlier core. Red and blue chequered brick on ragstone base, with ragstone return elevation. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with brick eaves cornice of 3 courses, dentilled, corbelled and dogtooth, to hipped roof with central stack and 2 hipped dormers. Two 3 light and central 2 light wooden casements on 1st floor, and 3 segmentally headed wooden casements on ground floor, that to left in late C20 outshot. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with original fittings/handles and Grotesque mask knocker, in moulded architrave with flat, moulded hood. Catslide outshot to rear and late C20 hipped rear extension. Interior: with large square inglenooks. Stop chamfered beams and joists (with tongue-stops), some later insertions, others possibly indicating earlier origin to building.
