4/18 No. 9 April Cottage
GV II
House. Early C18. Faced with blue headers, red brick window surrounds, quoins and plat band. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys with plat band; gabled roof with end stacks. Regular fenestration of 3 wood casements to first floor, and 2 to ground floor with gauged heads. Also on ground floor a segment- headed window inserted to left, and two C20 windows in cat- slide outshot to left. Central C20 plank door in gabled porch.
