The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 PLUCKLEY LAMBDEN ROAD Pluckley Thorne Lambden Cottage TQ 94 SW 14/128 II 2. C16 or earlier restored timber-framed cottage with plaster infilling, the ground floor rebuilt in brick, now painted. Two storeys. Hipped tiled roof. Three casement windows.
