House. Dated 1746. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. Two unit lobby entry plan. Two storeys and attic on plinth with brick dentil eaves cornice to hipped roof. Central stack and two dormers. Two cross windows on each floor with central boarded door and porch. Plaque to upper right inscribed Thomas Newton. 1746
