TR 04 SW WYE HINXHILL
3/275 Goodcheap 27.11.57 Farmhouse and wall projecting (formerly listed under GV the parish of Hinxhill) II
House and wall. C16 or earlier, clad C18. Timber framed and clad with red brick and plain tiled roof. Lobby entry plan. Two storeys and attic on plinth with offset buttress to centre right. Hipped roof with gablets, 2 hipped dormers and stacks to centre right and at end left. Four wooden casements on 1st floor (2, 3, 1 and 3 lights) and glazing bar sash. 3 light wooden casement and metal casement on ground floor. One wooden casement on each floor to outshot at left. Door of 6 panels to centre right and blocked doorway to centre left. Projecting at end left a stretch of rubble wall, about 3 feet high, with brick upper section at end, with capped pier, ramping down to terminal pier.
