TQ 94 NW 10/173A Burnt Mill 14.2.67 (the mill building) II
2. C18 watermill. 3 storeys. Ground floor stone, the upper storeys weatherboarded. Hipped old tiled roof. At time of survey (1979) many roof tiles missing. This building is on the boundary between Ashford Borough and Maidstone Borough, and the major part of the building is situated within Maidstone Borough (in the area of the former Rural District of H llingbourn. Lenham Parish).
