The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5344 CHURCH ROAD (South-East Side) Willesborough The Rectory TR 04 SW 3/131 26.10.73 II 2. Early C19 facade to C18 or earlier house. 2 storeys brown brick. Sides tile hung. Cornice and parapet. Stringcourse. 1st floor has 3 sashes of 3 round-headed lights with regency blinds. 2 bay windows on the ground floor. Doorcase in wide segmental- headed arch with door of 6 fielded panels flanked by 2 narrow lights with a low segmental fanlight over the whole.
