The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 EGERTON BEDLAM LANE Kingsden Farmhouse TQ 84 NE 9/51 II 2. C18. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor red brick and grey headers, above tile-hung. Hipped tiled roof with pentice to the east and 2 hipped dormers. Three windows in all. Some casement windows, some sash windows with glazing bars intact. One bay on ground floor.
