Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 03 SW BILSINGTON NEWCHURCH ROAD (east side) 6/71 Willow Trees and wall attached GV II House. Early Mid Cl9 Timber framed and weather boarded with red brick stack and slate roof. Two storeys to hipped roof and stack to right. Regular fenestration of 2 sashes with vertical glazing bars on each floor with door of 5 moulded panels in large central hipped porch with sidelights. Wall projecting from right return, about 8 feet high of red brick some 4 yards in length.
