Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 03 NE SMEETH GRANARY COURT ROAD (east side) 4/121 Kimberley Cottage II House, sometime cottage pair. C17 or earlier. Rendered brick, exposed red and blue brick in English bond to return elevations. Plain tiled roof. Lobby entry plan. One storey and attic with roof hipped to right with gablet, with gable and stack to left and large stack cluster to right. Two raking dormers. Three light wooden casement and half- glazed door to left, and 2 wooden casements and glazed door to right in gabled porch. Catslide outshot to rear. The prominent gablet may indicate a framed hall house origin.
