The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5344 NORTH STREET (East Side) No 26 TR 0142 NW 1/80 18.6.71.

2. Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof and parapet. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact above ground floor. The ground floor has now had a tripartite sash with glazing bars inserted. Doorcase with pilasters, projecting cornice supported on brackets, semi-circular fanlight and door of 6 fielded panels.
Nos 14 to 32 (even) form a group.
