The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BIDDENDEN TENDERDEN ROAD 1. 5272 (west side) Malt House TQ 8538 16/85 II
2. C18. Two storeys faced with roughcast. Hipped tiled roof. Two sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcase with pilasters, pediment, semi-circular tympanum imitating a fanlight and a door of 6 fielded panels. The pediment of the doorway is now hidden by a verandah on the ground floor with a tiled canopy over. Above the doorway on the 1st floor is a circular decorative panel of fan pattern.
