Summary

Grade II listed building. Main construction periods 1400 to 1799. Etchden Farmhouse L-shaped. A timber-framed building, probably a late mediaeval hall- house with C18 cross wing. Some timbering exposed and red brick infilling but mostly refaced with red brick on the ground floor and hung with curved tiles above. Hipped tiled roof. Two storeys. Three casement windows. Doorcase with door of 6 fielded panels
