2. An L-shaped timber-framed house of 2 storeys with herringbone brick nogging, the ground floor rebuilt in brick, the south west wing tile-hung. Tiled roof with 2 massive brick stacks. 3 modern casements.
Priory Farmhouse forms a group with Maynards Farmhouse & Finchden Manor, with gatepiers, garden wall & stables (all on north-east side of Appledore Road).
