Field Cottage (formerly listed as Hendon Lodge) TQ 8538 16/81 16.8.62. II
2. This building was originally the stables of Hendon Hall, but has been converted into a dwelling. Late C17. Two storeys red brick and grey headers alternately. Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Moulded wooden eaves bracket cornice. Stringcourse of red brick and grey headers alternately. Three casement windows. Exposed beams to interior.
