Summary
Roman coin hoard (3rd-4th cent) found 1905 by workmen grubbing up a tree on the Rainham Lower-road, at the outskirts to the village of Gillingham. Consisted of 722 very oxidised brass minimi, in a vase. The present Whereabouts of these coins is uncertain.
