The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. KINGSNORTH FINN FARM ROAD 5272 Oasthouse to north-west of Finn Farmhouse TR O3 NW 20/12B II 2. C19. Two storeys ragstone with red brick dressings. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows. Three brick roundels with conical tiled roofs. No cowls or fantails.
