Full Description
A bronze palstave, 5.75 ins. long, with a splayed crescentic blade and a deep stop ridge, was found in Chatham Dockyard excavations and presented to the British Museum in 1871. Acc. No. 71-10-2-5. (1-3)
HER point moved to St Mary's Island end of the Dockyard. Exact findspot location not known.
