Estate cottages. Date plaque over door: E.K. 1833 (Edward Knight) with mid C19 additions to right. Red brick and plain tile roof. Two storeys and dogtooth cornice to hipped roof with stacks to left, centre and end right. Regular fenestration of 4 windows, 3 glazing bar sashes with gauged heads, and in right end bay later C19 coupled sashes, on first floor. 2 glazing bar sash and 1 coupled sash to right on ground floor. One storey porch with kneelered gable to centre left, with 6 panelled door and rectangular fan light over.

Estate cottages dated EK 1833 (Edward Knight) with mid 19th century additions to the right.The building is of two storeys, built of red brick with a plain hipped tile roof and dogtooth cornice. There is a one storey porch with kneelered gable to centre left
