TR 05 SE GODMERSHAM EGGARTON LANE (east side)
4/43 Eggarton Manor 11.9.74 GV II
House. C17 and clad C18 with C20 extension. Timber framed and clad in red brick and tile hanging with plain tile roof. Two storeys on plinth. First floor tile-hung to left, gable to left and right. Free standing offset stack to left, ridge stack to right. Three windows to each floor, wood casements in segment heads to ground floor. Central C20 board door in gabled porch with round arched opening. Gabled bay to right is 1930's addition.
