6/6 Little Winchcombe (formerly listed as Winchcombe Farmhouse in 27.11.57 Crundle CP)

Farmhouse. C16 hall and C18 cross-wings (to left with datestone: G.C. 1704 - George Carter). Timber frame clad in red brick, with structural chequered brick to left. Plain tiled roof. Hall of 2 framed bays., 1 storey and attic, roof hipped to right with gabled dormer and stack centre-right. The right end bay C17 red brick addition. 2 C20 wood casements and C20 glazed door to left. [ Left: ] Chequered brick wing of 1704, 2 storeys and garret with plat band. One wood casement to each floor with gauged brick heads, that on ground with second inserted head from now blocked doorway. This building straddles the boundary between Godmersham and Crundale C.P.s and is also listed under Crundale C.P.
