The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5272 GREAT CHART THE STREET (north-west side) Nos 58, 60 and 62 (Mill House (Nos 1 and 2) and The Curiosity Shop) (formerly listed as Mill House) TQ 9842 26/18 14.2.67. II GV 2. Two dwellings. C18. Two storeys and attics. Ground floor stone rubble with red brick window dressings and quoins, above tile-hung. Hipped tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers. Wooden eaves cornice. Three sashes with glazing bars intact. Modern porch. At the north-east end is a contemporary workshop of one storey and one window faced with weatherboarding, now called The Curiosity Shop.
