Monument record TQ 76 NE 40 - Romano-British gold finger ring, Gillingham

Summary

Romano-British gold finger ring set with a nicole onyx; found in a field behind the Star Inn at the summit of Chatham Hill. Dated to the 4th or 5th centuries and ow in the British Museum. A number of creamtion urn burials have also been found in close proximity to this ring.
